The author of this homepage, 1961 born in Hamburg , dives since 1977 and is a diving instructor ** in the “German underwater club Hamburg/VDST”.  In close connection to “his” element water, the engineer of environmental technology dives and is engaged in the  conservation of water.  Apart from his employment at the environmental protection authority of Hamburg he endeavours to point out by publications the topical problems within the waters.  Traveling is his second large interest that he connects gladly with the first.  He became acquainted with the diving on  Gozo eight years ago.  Since then regularly vacation or training journeys brought him back on this beautiful Maltese island.
